Terms and Conditions – AMT Priority Logistics LLC

1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services of AMT Priority Logistics LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

AMT Priority Logistics LLC provides courier and logistics services including, but not limited to:

• Medical deliveries

• Legal document transport

• Government and contract-based deliveries

• General courier services

All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

3. Service Requests and Acceptance

• All delivery requests are subject to approval

• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees unless explicitly agreed in writing

• All service requests must be confirmed by AMT Priority Logistics LLC before becoming binding.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information

• Ensure items are properly packaged and labeled

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You may not ship:

• Illegal items

• Hazardous materials (unless pre-approved)

• Perishable or sensitive items without proper disclosure

5. Delivery and Delays

While we strive for timely delivery:

• We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic

  • Weather

  • Mechanical issues

  • Acts of God

  • Government actions

6. Chain of Custody & Sensitive Deliveries

For medical, legal, or high-priority deliveries:

• We maintain documented chain-of-custody procedures

• Responsibility transfers upon confirmed delivery or authorized handoff

7. Fees and Payment

• Pricing is based on distance, urgency, and service type

• Payment terms will be agreed upon before service

• Late payments may result in:

  • Service suspension

  • Additional fees

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AMT Priority Logistics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• AMT Priority Logistics LLC shall not be liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, traffic, mechanical failures, or government actions.

• Liability for lost or damaged items is limited to:

  • The declared value, or

  • A maximum of $100, whichever is lower, unless additional coverage is purchased

9. No Warranty

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMT Priority Logistics LLC from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from:

• Your violation of these terms

• Improper packaging or labeling

• Shipment of prohibited items

11. SMS and Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive communications including SMS messages related to:

• Delivery updates

• Scheduling

• Service notifications

You may opt out by replying “STOP” at any time. For assistance, reply “HELP.”

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at any time for:

• Violation of these terms

• Non-payment

• Misuse of services

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
